Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h2>

Mana Ooru Mall is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all cancellation, return, and refund processes. This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019<\/strong> and the constitutional value of equality and justice<\/strong> (Article 14, Constitution of India).<\/p>

1. Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>

  • You can cancel an order before it is accepted by the vendor or dispatched for delivery.<\/p><\/li>

  • Once the order is confirmed and out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed.<\/p><\/li>

  • If your order is canceled by manaoorumall<\/strong>\u00a0due to product unavailability, technical issues, or any other reason:<\/p>

    • For Online Paid Orders (UPI \/ Card \/ Wallet):<\/strong>
      The full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:<\/strong>
      Since no payment is made in advance, no refund will be applicable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      2. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>

      • If you cancel a prepaid order before vendor confirmation<\/strong>, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.<\/p><\/li>

      • Refunds are processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • Refunds are subject to transaction verification and may take additional time based on your payment provider.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3. Returns and Replacements<\/strong><\/h3>

        • If you receive a wrong, expired, or damaged product<\/strong>, you must report it within 1\u20132 hours of delivery<\/strong> through our App or website or customer support.<\/p><\/li>

        • Return or replacement requests for\u00a0 items must be submitted within the return\/request period specified on the respective product page.<\/li>

        • After verification, we will either replace the item<\/strong> \u0c32\u0c47\u0c26\u0c3e issue a refund<\/strong>, depending on stock availability and situation.<\/p><\/li>

        • Product return requests are handled fairly and promptly, in line with your consumer rights under Indian law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          4. Non-Refundable Scenarios<\/strong><\/h3>

          • Orders canceled after dispatch<\/strong> \u0c32\u0c47\u0c26\u0c3e failed deliveries<\/strong> due to customer unavailability will not be refunded.<\/p><\/li>

          • Items that are used<\/strong>, damaged after delivery<\/strong>, or tampered with<\/strong> will not be eligible for return or replacement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            • Refund and return processes are designed to promote fairness, safety, and customer satisfaction under natural justice principles<\/strong> (Article 21).<\/p><\/li>
