Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy :

Mana Ooru Mall is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all cancellation, return, and refund processes. This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the constitutional value of equality and justice (Article 14, Constitution of India).
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is accepted by the vendor or dispatched for delivery.
Once the order is confirmed and out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed.
If your order is canceled by manaoorumall due to product unavailability, technical issues, or any other reason:
For Online Paid Orders (UPI / Card / Wallet):
The full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Since no payment is made in advance, no refund will be applicable.
2. Refunds
If you cancel a prepaid order before vendor confirmation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are subject to transaction verification and may take additional time based on your payment provider.
3. Returns and Replacements
If you receive a wrong, expired, or damaged product, you must report it within 1–2 hours of delivery through our App or website or customer support.
- Return or replacement requests for items must be submitted within the return/request period specified on the respective product page.
After verification, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and situation.
Product return requests are handled fairly and promptly, in line with your consumer rights under Indian law.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Orders canceled after dispatch or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability will not be refunded.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or replacement.

All policies are applied equally to every customer, regardless of location or identity — as per Article 14 (Right to Equality) of the Constitution of India.
Refund and return processes are designed to promote fairness, safety, and customer satisfaction under natural justice principles (Article 21).
⚠️ Any misuse, false claims, or fraudulent return requests may invite legal action under applicable sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, including cheating (Section 316) and personation (Section 317).
